Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
Wondering what to do with those overly ripe banana's? If your little one(s), loved one, or you likes bananas and chocolate chips this bread is a win-win! My sons love when I make them chocolate chip banana bread! They love eating it just as much as they like help making it.
1 cup of granulated Sugar
1 stick of Butter (room temp)
2 Large Eggs
3 Ripe Bananas
1 tbs of Milk
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
2 cups of All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 bag of Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 325 degrees(F). Butter or oil loaf pan(s). Cream the sugar and butter with a electric mixer until fluffy. Once fluffy, continue to mix while adding eggs, one at a time. Beat well.
In a small bowl, mash bananas (you can use a fork or a potato masher). After you mash, mix in milk and cinnamon. Mash until combined.
In another small bowl add dry ingredients together, mix. (baking soda, baking powder, flour, salt)
Add banana mixture to the cream mixture until combined. Once combined add in the dry ingredients. Mix Well. Lastly, add in chocolate chips.
Add the mixture to the pan(s). Bake for an hour or until golden brown and firm.
