  • The Modern Moms Club hosts curated gatherings designed to bring moms together through shared experiences, conversation, and community. We currently operate on an event-based model; simply sign up on our website to receive invites to our upcoming free and paid gatherings.

  • Some events are designed for moms and children together, while others are Moms-Only. The event description on the ticket page will clearly indicate whether children are included for that specific date.

  • We do not restrict attendance to a specific age group. However, activities may be tailored to certain developmental stages. If you are unsure if an event fits your child’s needs, contact us at hello@themodernmomsclub.com.

  • Yes. To ensure a curated experience with proper materials, food, and space, advance registration is required for all events. We cannot accommodate walk-ins.

  • If an event is full, you can join the Waitlist via the event page. If a spot becomes available, we will notify those on the waitlist in the order they signed up.

  • All tickets are non-refundable. However, if you cannot attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us at hello@themodernmomsclub.com.

    At our discretion, we may issue a credit toward a future event. Please note that credits are handled on a case-by-case basis and are determined by the event type, your notice period, and other logistical factors; we do not guarantee a credit will be issued. Alternatively, you may transfer your ticket to another person; please notify us of the name change at least 4 hours before the event.

  • To keep our community healthy, we ask that you stay home if you or your child has had a fever, cough, or contagious symptoms within the last 24 hours.

  • By purchasing a ticket or registering for an event, guests acknowledge that participation is voluntary and involves inherent risks. The Modern Moms Club and its partner venues are not liable for injuries, accidents, or illnesses sustained during or after an event.

    • Parent-Child Events: Parents/guardians are 100% responsible for the supervision and safety of their children at all times.

    • Events with Childcare: If childcare is provided in a designated area, our team will supervise the children. However, parents remain on-site and are ultimately responsible for determining if the arrangement is suitable for their child.

  • Yes. The Modern Moms Club is a visual community. By attending our events, you acknowledge and agree that you and/or your child may be photographed or filmed. These materials are used for our website, social media, and marketing purposes. Participation in our events serves as your grant of permission for us to use these images without compensation.

  • If food is provided, you may enter allergies during checkout. While we make reasonable efforts to coordinate with vendors, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment and are not liable for reactions.

  • You are welcome to join us at any time during the event window. However, please note that scheduled activities, food service, or childcare windows may not be extended or held for late arrivals.
