Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

Confirmation
Submitting this form does not confirm a sponsorship. The Modern Moms Club (MMC) and the sponsor will agree in writing on the contribution, deadlines, and recognition before payment or delivery.

Sponsor Recognition
Recognition is limited to what is agreed upon in writing. Dedicated social media posts, Friday Spotlights, reviews, event tickets, vendor space, and exclusivity are not automatically included. Any additional requests should be discussed before confirming the sponsorship.

Contributions & Materials
Sponsors agree to provide payments, products, services, logos, and promotional information by the agreed deadlines. Late contributions or materials may affect the recognition MMC can provide. Please notify us promptly if you cannot fulfill your commitment.

Permission to Promote
Sponsors authorize MMC to use their submitted business name, logo, social media handles, and approved promotional materials in connection with the sponsored event, including promotion, acknowledgments, and event recaps.

Results & Attendance
MMC does not guarantee attendance numbers, social media reach, sales, inquiries, or new customers resulting from sponsorship.

Use of Funds
Before payment, MMC will confirm whether sponsorship funds support event expenses, a charitable beneficiary, or both. Sponsorship does not automatically mean the full contribution will be donated to charity. MMC does not guarantee tax deductibility.

Changes & Cancellations
Any refund, credit, or return arrangements will be agreed upon in writing before payment or delivery. If the event is rescheduled, canceled, or significantly changed, MMC will contact sponsors to discuss the impact on their contribution and agreed benefits. Contributions will not be transferred to another event without the sponsor’s agreement.

Future Participation
Sponsorship applies only to the agreed event. Neither party is obligated to participate in future events.
